In the center of Southwest Harbor is the wonderful collaboration of Scott and Jennifer Worcester.

Sawyer's Specialties (1996) provides Mount Desert Island and Downeast communities over 1,200 personally selected wines, a large selection of gourmet cheeses, olives and specialty products.

 

 

Sips (2006) serves creative offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in addition to an extensive line of coffee drinks, full bar, eclectic beers and creative wine list. With weekly live music and a warm welcoming atmosphere, Sips is an option for a bite or a sip any time of day. Scott and Jen are proud to be open all year round, welcoming the opportunity to talk food and wine with locals and visitors alike.
